Membership

You must be an employee of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Tower Radiology Medical Group, Inc.,CHS Management, Inc. (formerly Cedars-Sinai Physicians Assoc.), Michael Weiss, Robert Davidson, and Kevin Drury, Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation, Optimatrix Health Solutions, Inc., Employees of Tower Center for Ear, Nose, Throat, Head & Neck Surgery, Inc., Employees of Cedars-Sinai Medical Group, or AMPCO System Parking.

Joining is easy. Just fill out a Membership Card, an Automatic Payroll Deduction Card and make an initial minimum deposit of $20 to your new Share Savings Account. The U. S. Patriot Act requires that you bring 3 I.D.s at the time you open your account, your Driver's License, CSMC Badge and your Social Security Card. We will deduct a one time New Membership Fee of $2 from your deposit. There is a minimum automatic payroll deduction of $10 per pay period. You have 3 months to build your account to the $50 minimum balance required to be an active credit union member. You may fill out a loan application and see if you qualify for a loan, by making an initial deposit of $52 cash, money order or Cashier's Check.
