Membership

You must be an employee of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Tower Radiology Medical Group, Inc.,CHS Management, Inc. (formerly Cedars-Sinai Physicians Assoc.), Michael Weiss, Robert Davidson, and Kevin Drury, Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation, Optimatrix Health Solutions, Inc., Employees of Tower Center for Ear, Nose, Throat, Head & Neck Surgery, Inc., Employees of Cedars-Sinai Medical Group, or AMPCO System Parking.

Just fill out a membership card and give the Credit Union $20 cash--$18 will be deposited to your savings account and $2 is for the setup fee. You have 3 months to build your account to the $50 minimum balance. There is a minimum payroll deduction of $10 per pay period. You may join the credit union with $52.00 cash and fill out a loan application to see if you qualify.

As a member of the Credit Union with a regular share account (savings) you are permitted to enroll in the services provided by the Credit Union .

From time to time, the Board of Directors and management may select products and services to be made available to members. Such selections are based on careful evaluation of benefits to be provided to the members of the financial cooperative.
